  17. I posted a couple of thoughts on this recently as well.  I too am
  18. working on an animation with this type of idea!

  20. My final question (still relatively new - less than a year) about
  21. this....how much can be resolved using texture velocities to create
  22. a continuous background?

  24. I sort of envisioned the 3d CGI equivalent of the scrolling backdrops
  25. used in the old silent film westerns!

  27. Could also be done by hand with a sequence of images if need be.
